That was very cute to watch! Sadie is really good at copying the moves. They all seem to enjoy the energy! What kind of video are they watching, is it animated, or a real person?
I've been doing an exercise video in the mornings, and they pretty much always join me. It's funny to hear Ezra: "Hey! She said lower guys!". Today I was explaining a move and I said, "Look! I'm pedaling a bike in the air!", and Ezra said "Mom, I think you mean a bicycle crunch."
